義，是道義的簡寫，它是公正的，它更是儒家的核心。在古今社會中有多少人是我們所值得去學習、去敬仰的呢？他們中有人因義而死，有些人卻差點受軍法處治，他們是不朽的。

在這其中有一人是世人皆知的，他就是劉玄德的義弟—關云長，關云長又稱關羽，他的道義可謂是世人之榜樣啊！曾記得關羽他堅守道義，因為當年他與劉備、張飛的誓言在先，他毅然拒絕了曹操對他誠懇的邀請以及那一生所享不盡的榮華富貴。如果是一庶民見到這些定然會忘記誓言，背蜀入魏，但關羽他沒有，他只是因聽信了劉玄德死亡的謠言，所以只得暫時住于曹府。在這之后，曹操敗走華容道，關羽他又思曹操以前對他的恩德，以及曹操以前沒殺他的情義，而放走曹操。又在這之后，關羽敗走麥城，被吳王孫權所抓獲，面對著要被逼成為吳將和孫權的緊逼，金錢與名利的誘惑，他再一次毅然拒絕，結果孫權他一怒之下，一刀將關羽身首異處。雖然關羽他的肉體已亡，但他的道義和他那顆堅守道義之心，令人所敬仰、所感嘆、所贊頌。他的道義之心永遠在眾人心中跳動。

還有一人也是十分有名的，他就是李劍英。李劍英是一位已經犧牲的空軍戰士。在空軍訓練的那一天，他順利完成了任務，可是在返航時他遭遇了群鴿撞擊，發動機在一剎那之間熄火了，當他得知前面有6個普普通通的地球村的平民時，他義無反顧地選擇了道義，他十分清楚，如果不跳傘他便會死，可是他更清楚在他的面前是6個無辜的人民??！他改變了方向，因飛機的墜毀而永遠沉睡了，但他挽救了6個人民的性命。要知道在飛機熄火與墜毀之間僅僅只有16秒，他能在這么短時間里選擇了他人，這是多么值得贊賞。他是為了道義而死的，他的死是值得所有人而敬仰的。

道義是天平的一頭，而另一頭卻是利益，當利益沉下時，這個人的靈魂將會令世人唾棄；當道義下沉時，這個人的靈魂將會得到升華。有些人到死才明白義的可貴，可那時卻已再也無法挽回。
